We’re big fans of Hard Lines in Cardiff, and wanted to bring a little piece of that action to Stockport. Our trusty Gaggia espresso machine now uses their espresso beans, and you can take home some too with this House Party blend, ideal for espresso and filter at home, a true all rounder do anything roast. 250g bags. This farm is part of a project with Jose Antonio Salaverria and his two sons. They are 6th generation coffee farmers. Jose Antonio Senior's father offered him a house in 1970, but Jose Antonio asked for a farm instead and so began his coffee journey.
Chocolate tends to be a tasting note used a lot when it comes to describing coffee. Never in our time around a cupping table have we tasted anything that encompasses milk chocolate more than El Pedregal.
In an industry currently dominated by experimental and crazy processed lots, sometimes it takes a coffee like this to remind us that simple things done well can often be the best.
