THE BEST NEW WRITING FROM SCOTLAND AND BEYOND

Extra Teeth is all about facilitating writers and a flourishing writing scene in Scotland and beyond; as the magazine grows we are committed to putting on lots of events (virtual for now) and promoting the work of our writers and illustrators in various ways.

GUEST ILLUSTRATOR: HANNAH MOITT

CONTRIBUTORS: VICTORIA MANIFOLD; NORMAN ERIKSON PASARIBU (TRANS. TIFFANY TSAO); AYLA DOUGLAS; JOSH HOLTON; ZOHRA IQBAL; HARRY JOSEPHINE GILES; ELY PERCY; SANDRA ALLAND; AIMÉE WALSH; YASMINA FLOYER; SEAN WAI KEUNG; PRAGYA AGARWAL

How do we stretch love across the language barrier? How do we connect when our points of connection are broken? And how do we create community when the foundations are so fragile?

These questions and more are asked, and answered, in the twelve stories and essays that make up Extra Teeth's most abstract yet humane issue so far.

About the illustrator

Hannah Moitt is a graphic designer, artist and illustrator based in Edinburgh.
