We’re big fans of Hard Lines in Cardiff, and wanted to bring a little piece of that action to Stockport. Our trusty Gaggia espresso machine uses their espresso beans, and you can take home some too in 250g bags, choose whole bean or ground up just right for filter.

For this coffee, each cherry is carefully hand-picked. They’re then soaked in water for sorting, and unripe fruit will float, while the ripe ones sink. After that, the skin and some pulp are removed, and the cherries are then fermented in tanks and washed to leave a nice, clean bean. Finally, they're sun-dried on raised beds.
The results? A light, delicate cup that provides a harmonious floral and fruity journey - enjoy!
