Welcome to the Rare Mags returns page. We want you to be happy with your purchase, however please remember we aren't Am*zon and as such do not offer the sort of unrealistic and ultimately damaging service that such platforms do. Please communicate any issues to us, we'll always help.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Returns of magazines and other periodicals will only be considered on a discretionary basis.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@raremags.co.uk. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

If your return is accepted you will be responsible for posting the item back to us, please ask us for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not United Kingdom, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. We package our orders in strong packaging and take great pride in ensuring that they arrive with you in good condition. If a problem arises during transit let us know, we will figure it out.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item in the shop please get in touch or come and see us, we will help as much as possible. We will only make exchanges for magazines or other periodicals on a discretionary basis. If you'd like to make an exchange for an item bought on our website please get in touch and we'll go from there.
European Union 3 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@raremags.co.uk.
